AT-PAC Ringlock Raised Ledger System

Creating Continuous, Trip-Free Working Platforms

When combined with AT-PAC Ringlock, the Raised Ledger System delivers a safer, more efficient approach to large working scaffold platforms by creating continuous, trip-free decks across the entire structure.

Designed with simplicity and performance in mind, the Raised Ledger System consists of just four core components, yet it fundamentally changes how working platforms are built. By elevating the working surface above the Ringlock wedges and protrusions, the system transforms traditional Ringlock scaffolding into a perfectly flush deck—eliminating gaps, obstructions, and modifications that commonly create trip hazards.

The result is a safer environment that allows crews to move freely and work more productively, particularly on large-area platforms and complex industrial applications.

Engineered for Strength, Safety, and Efficiency

At the heart of the system is the Raised Ledger, which positions ledger tubes above the top of the Ringlock standard. This simple elevation creates a smooth, uninterrupted transom for Ringlock steel planks—no protrusions, no interruptions, just a continuous tube.

For heavy-duty and industrial applications, the Raised Truss Ledger adds additional rigidity, delivering the strength required to support higher loads while maintaining the same flush-deck benefits.

The Raised Ledger Capping Piece closes the top of the Ringlock standard and seamlessly joins ledger tubes together, creating a continuous transom that fully supports Ringlock steel planks across the platform.

To complete the system, the Raised Ledger Guardrail attaches directly to Ringlock standards at the platform edge. This allows guardrails to be installed around the full perimeter without modifying or adding Infill Planks between Ringlock steel planks—maintaining both safety compliance and system integrity.

Proven Performance on Site

The Raised Ledger System has been adopted across a wide range of projects where flat, continuous working decks are critical to safety and efficiency.

Col Large of KJ Scaffolding (NSW, Australia) shares his experience:

“The AT-PAC Raised Ledger System is a game-changer for any project demanding a flat, continuous working deck.

We used the Raised Ledger System across multiple loading bays, with unmatched efficiency compared to conventional methods.

For our ORC hanging scaffold, the system proved its value again — built on the ground and lifted into place, it simplified erection, improved safety, and created a stable, level platform across a large, suspended area.

I would recommend the Raised Ledger System for any project requiring a flat working deck.”

A Smarter Way to Build Working Platforms

By removing the need for timber products and scaffold modifications, the AT-PAC Ringlock Raised Ledger System provides a clean, engineered approach to building large, trip-free platforms—improving safety, speeding installation, and supporting consistent, repeatable results across projects.
