First Scaff is a specialist scaffolding company based in the Albury–Wodonga region, servicing industrial, commercial, and complex access projects across Victoria and New South Wales.
We operate in high-risk, high-compliance environments, including energy, manufacturing, rail, and food production sectors. Our team holds a full suite of High Risk Work Licences (Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced), along with Confined Space, Working at Heights, Rigging, Dogging, and Crane Operation (up to 100T).
First Scaff is CM3 certified and supported by comprehensive safety systems, including SWMS, risk registers, and documented handover processes. We’re recognised for our fast mobilisation, professional presentation, and ability to work safely in live plant environments without disrupting operations.
Our project portfolio includes work with major clients such as AGL, John Holland, Mars Wodonga, Uncle Tobys, Nestlé, and ARTC.
Our culture is driven by our F.I.R.S.T. Standards — a commitment to safety, reliability, continuous improvement, and positive community impact. We invest in local employment, training, and partnerships with organisations such as On-Country Pathways to support Indigenous workforce development.
At First Scaff, we’re committed to raising the standard of scaffolding across regional Australia — combining technical capability with a people-first approach.
