How to Enter Australia’s Best Scaffolding Project

Eligibility & Submission:

• SAA Scaffold Erector Members and SAA Scaffold Designer Members can submit their entries using the official form on the SAA website (on the righthand side of this page)
• Ensure your submission includes:
  • The state in which your project is located.
  • The category you are nominating under.
  • A detailed project description addressing the judging criteria outlined above.
  • At least 3 images of your project
• SAA Scaffold Supplier and Engineer Members may collaborate with their clients on a submission but cannot enter independently. The submission must be made by the Scaffold Erector or Scaffold Designer company in the appropriate category.

Judging & Awards:

• State committees will select one winner per category per state.
• State winners will be invited to compete in the National Awards at Scaff25 – the SAA’s 2025 Conference and Tradeshow.
• Prizes:
  • $1,500 for each category’s national winner.
  • $3,000 for the overall National Winner, who will also receive the prestigious Australia’s Best Scaffolding Project Trophy.

Important Dates:

• State Entries Close: 30th September 2025
• State Winners Announced: 7th October 2025
• Submitted projects must be from the year 2025.
