28 Memorial Avenue, Liverpool was erected by Apollo Scaffold in March 2024 and dismantled the following month, and was built to replace the non-compliant cladding tiles.
The challenge of this job was that the buildings on either side would not allow scaffold to be built up from the bottom.
The roof had to be engineered and back propped allowing the scaffold to be built on top of steel beams and suspended over the sides.
